About the Role:

This is a hands-on role ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain experience in B2B tech marketing, digital sales strategies, and lead generation.


What You’ll Do (Learning Objectives + Responsibilities):

1. Attract


  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.


  • Help plan and monitor LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting decision-makers.


  • Research opportunities for sponsored email campaigns in industry newsletters or platforms.


  • Collaborate with the team to create landing pages, blog posts, and lead magnets.


2. Engage


  • Support the creation and execution of cold emailing campaigns.


  • Connect with potential leads via LinkedIn and nurture relationships through content and outreach.


  • Help organize or promote webinars, virtual events, or co-marketing activities with partner firms.


3. Convert


  • Learn to identify and qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and engagement behavior.


  • Assist in scheduling discovery calls or demos for the sales team.


  • Update and maintain records.


Follow up with inbound or event-based leads to drive further interest.


Ideal Candidate:

1. Familiarity with LinkedIn, SEO, or email tools is a must.

2. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

2. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

3. Strong interest in tech sales, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.
