Study Abroad Counsellor (Sales & Marketing) INTERN

Employment Type

Role & Responsibilities:

Call and connect with assigned leads daily.
Maintain accurate call records for each lead.
Generate walk-ins and schedule counselling sessions.
Assist in following up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Support in conducting seminars, webinars, and events.
Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for lead management and event execution.
Help in preparing basic presentations and research for events.
Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi or Marathi.
Comfortable speaking to people and initiating conversations.
Willingness to make calls and follow up regularly.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in learning about study abroad processes.
