Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Stipend/Payout: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Performance-based)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern with 6 months – 1 year of prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. This position is designed for individuals who already have foundational sales exposure and are eager to refine their skills while contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
• Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and meetings
• Conduct competitor and market research to spot opportunities
• Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and follow-ups with prospects
• Maintain sales trackers, reports, and CRM entries
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales goals

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of prior experience in sales, business development, or related roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream (preferred: business, marketing, commerce)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
