Adbut People Solutions is an HR solutions partner for startups and SMEs, offering expert services in HR compliance, payroll, and people operations. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Intern who has a keen interest and understanding of the HR domain and is eager to build a career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients (founders, HR heads, startup decision-makers) in need of HR and compliance services.
• Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate leads and book discovery meetings.
• Assist in preparing tailored pitch decks, sales proposals, and follow-up material with HR-specific value propositions.
• Maintain and update CRM tools to track lead progress and interactions.
• Stay updated on HR industry trends, compliance changes, and competitor offerings.
• Support senior team members in client meetings and document insights.

Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of HR functions (payroll, compliance, hiring, employee lifecycle).
• Familiarity with HR pain points in startups/SMEs (e.g., statutory compliance, onboarding, policy frameworks).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, with a hunger to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup.
• Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Bonus If You Have:

• Previous coursework or internship in HR or sales.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead-gen tools.
• Understanding of Indian labor laws or HR tech products.
