Role Overview

Sales Interns

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for pet parents exploring relocation options
• Communicate effectively to understand and address client needs
• Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and client documentation
• Follow up with leads, resolve queries, and assist in building trust with customers
• Log all sales interactions and updates using CRM tools
• Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and learn sales strategies

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales
• A customer-first approach with problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
• Positive, proactive, and focused mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Interest in pets, pet care, or travel-related services
• Previous exposure (internship or projects) in customer-facing roles
• Passion for building relationships and driving results
