Business Development Intern

Location: Delhi

Barista Training Academy isn't just a academy or a learning center; we're the heart of India's coffee culture. We train the pros, the enthusiasts, and everyone in between. Now, we need a driven individual to help us expand our reach, forge new partnerships, and fuel our growth. We need someone who can spot an opportunity.

    You understand the business landscape of the city, from the boutique hotels in South Delhi to the corporate hubs in Gurgaon.

  • What You'll Actually Be Doing (The Impactful Stuff):

    • Lead Generation:

      Be our growth engine. Identify and research potential clients and partners, including cafes, hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices.
    • Outreach & Relationship Building:

      Be the first point of contact for new business. You'll initiate conversations, nurture leads, and set the stage for successful partnerships.
    • Market Research:

      Be our eyes and ears on the ground. Explore and map out Delhi's hospitality and corporate sectors, reporting back with insights and opportunities.
    • Sales Strategy:

      You won't just be executing tasks. You'll be in the room (or on the call) helping us brainstorm our sales approach, refine our pitch, and identify new markets.
    • Pipeline Management:

      Learn to use modern sales tools (like a CRM) to track your leads and manage your progress from initial contact to a closed deal.
