o Maintain knowledge of various coffee types, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to enhance customer experience.
Quality Control
o Ensure all beverages meet quality standards in taste, temperature, and presentation.
o Regularly check inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed.
Sanitation and Cleanliness
o Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to health and safety regulations.
o Regularly clean equipment, utensils, and caf areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
Team Collaboration
o Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
o Assist in training new staff members by sharing knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and customer service practices.
Sales Support
o Promote caf products through upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
o Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly according to company policies.
Qualifications
