You will be working as a Senior Barista / Barista at The Brew Door, an upcoming premium specialty coffee space. Your role involves preparing specialty coffee with precision, delivering warm hospitality, and contributing to establishing service standards, beverage presentation, workflow systems, and brand ethos. This position offers you the opportunity to be a key part of creating a new caf experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft high-quality specialty coffee beverages consistently and skillfully - Execute various brewing methods such as espresso extraction, pour-overs, and manual brews - Contribute to developing caf standards, beverage recipes, bar workflow, and guest service style - Maintain an organized, clean, and professional coffee bar - Calibrate equipment to ensure taste consistency - Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge - Participate in inventory management, daily stock checks, and opening/closing procedures - Bring a collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with the brand **Qualification Required:** - 3-4+ years of specialty coffee experience (mandatory) - Strong understanding of espresso, grind adjustment, and manual brewing - Passion for refined hospitality and presentation - Ability to work efficiently in a calm, polished service environment - Sense of responsibility and enjoyment in problem-solving - Mindset focused on building together, not just operating **Preferred Skills:** - Proficiency in latte art - Familiarity with cupping and sensory evaluation - Experience with caf opening setups or new store launches (a strong plus) If you join The Brew Door, you will have the opportunity to be part of building a premium coffee brand from the ground up.
