Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve revenue targets by promoting KNX and Wireless automation solutions.
  • Generate opportunities across luxury projects (KNX) and retrofit / mid-market segment (Wireless).
  • Create product awareness and demand through solution presentations, demos, and customer interactions.

2. Channel Partner & System Integrator Engagement

  • Identify, onboard, and manage system integrators and channel partners for both KNX and Wireless solutions.
  • Support partners with technical training, sales tools, and joint customer meetings.
  • Track partner performance and ensure business targets are achieved.

3. Architect, Consultant & Influencer Engagement

  • Establish and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and builders to specify GM products in projects.
  • Conduct experience sessions, workshops, and product showcases to highlight the benefits of KNX (wired) and Wireless (retrofit) solutions.
  • Influence project specifications and drive pull demand from key influencers.

4. Technical & Solution Support

  • Position KNX solutions for premium, scalable automation requirements in large projects.
  • Position Wireless solutions for retrofit, quick deployment, and cost-effective smart living.
  • Work closely with the technical team for solution design, integration support, and project execution.

5. Reporting & Market Insights

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and monthly performance reports.
  • Track competitor activities and emerging technologies in automation (wired and wireless).
  • Share market intelligence to support product development and strategic planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage long sales cycles, and close project-based business.
