Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectivesand revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance andachieve individual and collective targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and internationalmarkets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, suppliers, andchannel partners
Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growthopportunities
Drive pricing strategies and negotiate major contracts to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships
Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, conversion tracking, andcustomer relationship management
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for seniormanagement
Collaborate closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamlessexecution of orders and high customer satisfaction
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthenbrand presence and develop new connections
