About the Role

Rx Personal Care Division

end-to-end launch

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the

  national launch strategy

  for the Rx personal care portfolio
• Build, mentor, and lead a

  pan-India sales team

  (recruitment, onboarding, training, structuring)
• Establish and manage

  distribution networks

  , CRM processes, and doctor coverage plans
• Ensure strong engagement with

  dermatologists, cosmetologists, and key opinion leaders

• Drive

  prescription growth

  , sales targets, and market penetration
• Track competition, market trends, and recommend strategic improvements
• Collaborate with

  Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain

  for seamless execution
• Lead weekly/monthly

  sales reviews, reporting, forecasting

  , and performance management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Pharmacy, Science, or related field

  (MBA preferred)

• 8–12 years

  of experience in pharmaceutical/Rx skincare/dermaceutical sales
• Minimum

  3–4 years

  leading regional or national sales teams
• Proven experience launching

  new products, brands, or divisions

  in the Rx category
• Strong network of

  dermatologists, cosmetologists, and KOLs

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic sales planning skills
