Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical stream, MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the solar energy or related industry
  • Strong understanding of solar technology, products, and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Knowledge of renewable energy policies and incentives is a plus
