Position Overview We are seeking ambitious and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for distributor and retailer development, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring strong market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers within the assigned region. Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of 5,00,000 . Conduct daily customer visits, generate orders, and submit accurate daily sales logs. Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback. Ensure effective product visibility and placement in retail outlets. Submit mandatory daily/weekly reports to the head office in Jhanjharpur. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and long-term business. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 23 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods sales (preferably in tissue, paper, or packaged goods). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated individual with proven sales achievements. Willingness to travel extensively within Bihar, Jharkhand, Eastern UP, and Bengal. Two-wheeler ownership preferred (travel/fuel allowance will be provided). Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary (Performance Linked): 30,000 per month (payable on achieving 100% of monthly sales target). Target: 5,00,000 sales per month. Payout Formula: Example: Achieve 80% of target (5,00,000 sales) Salary = 80% of 30,000 = 24,000. Achieve 100% of target (5,00,000 sales) Salary = 30,000. Achieve beyond 100% target Additional bonus of 5,000 per month on overachievement. Career Growth High-performing candidates will be promoted to Area Sales Manager within 1218 months.
