Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and manage a team of regional sales managers, key account managers, and support staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with converters, FMCG companies, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies.
Drive product positioning and pricing in collaboration with marketing and product development teams.
Ensure timely execution of orders, deliveries, and collections.
Manage sales forecasts and budgeting for the domestic segment.
Work closely with production planning, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure high service levels.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and with strategic partners

Preferred candidate profile

15-20 years of experience in sales within the packaging films or flexible packaging industry
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or national sales role.
Engineering or business degree preferred; MBA a plus.
