Role & responsibilities Develop and execute an export sales strategy for packaging films across key international markets. Achieve export revenue and profitability targets in line with business goals. Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and partners. Identify and develop new export markets and customers. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and commercial terms. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure timely deliveries and customized product solutions. Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting exports. Ensure export documentation, logistics, and trade compliance. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing export sales team. Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to top management Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or Engineering (Polymer/Chemical preferred). MBA is an added advantage. 10–15+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in packaging films or related flexible packaging industry. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and with strategic partners Preferred candidate profile 15-20 years of experience in sales within the packaging films or flexible packaging industry Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or national sales role. Engineering or business degree preferred; MBA a plus.
