Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an export sales strategy for packaging films across key international markets.
  • Achieve export revenue and profitability targets in line with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and partners.
  • Identify and develop new export markets and customers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure timely deliveries and customized product solutions.
  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting exports.
  • Ensure export documentation, logistics, and trade compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing export sales team.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to top management

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or Engineering (Polymer/Chemical preferred).
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in packaging films or related flexible packaging industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
