Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales strategy across multiple southern states (preferably

    Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana

    ).
  • Manage a business turnover of

    INR 100+ Crores

    , ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end

    sales and distribution execution

    to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide leadership in building and managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Ensure successful

    recruitment, orientation, training

    , and

    delegation

    of responsibilities across sales teams.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless business operations.
  • Set sales objectives, monitor performance metrics, and implement course corrections where needed.
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor benchmarking, and channel engagement.
  • Ensure high levels of

    discipline, accountability, and execution excellence

    in all areas.

Key Requirements

  • Must have

    risen through the ranks

    from Frontline Sales to Branch Manager/Sales Head.
  • Strong expertise in

    people management, motivation, and team development

  • Deep understanding of the

    challenges in executing sales & distribution objectives

  • Proficient in handling

  • Fluency in Southern regional languages and Hindi
