Our team, consisting of talented individuals from prestigious institutions and diverse professional backgrounds, is driven by the shared goal of achieving outstanding results through collaboration and innovation. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Market Expansion & Revenue Growth** - Take ownership of driving growth for the F&F chemical segment in the US by venturing into new regions, acquiring untapped customers, and increasing Elchemy's market share and profitability. - **Sales Leadership & Team Development** - Establish and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs, promoting continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. - **Customer & Key Account Management** - Strengthen client relationships through structured key account management, ensuring satisfaction, expanding wallet share, and positioning Elchemy as a strategic partner. - **Strategic Sales Planning & Execution** - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Elchemy's vision, prioritize impactful opportunities, and drive cross-functional execution to achieve revenue and margin goals. - **Digital Enablement & Innovation** - Promote the adoption of CRM, automation, and analytics tools to streamline sales operations, enhance customer engagement, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. - **Reporting & Market Intelligence** - Offer actionable insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to guide strategic direction and manage risks effectively. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities. - 12+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B technical sales within the chemicals or F&F industry or in B2B sales within a rapidly growing startup. - Proven capability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performance sales teams. - Proficiency in managing distributor networks, channel partners, and enterprise accounts. - Ability to align team objectives with overall business strategy and P&L goals. - Desired qualities include an entrepreneurial mindset, robust techno-commercial acumen, exceptional networking skills, a sense of ownership, commitment, and high emotional intelligence.,
