Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head with a strong background in the education sector to lead our sales team and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the education sector
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-driven with a strategic mindset
