Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present to senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated with trends and competitors.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education or training sector.
