Job Title: Sales Head
Location: Kochi (On-site)

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Head to lead our Kochi sales operations. The role involves managing a high-performance team, driving revenue growth, and implementing winning sales strategies in the EdTech/training space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and campaign alignment.
  • Track KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • EdTech or training industry experience preferred.
