Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience Required: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong technical and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to define Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms. Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization. Create and maintain architectural documentation including data models, integration patterns, and system diagrams. Guide development teams on best practices and enforce coding standards. Support and guide integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical or Solution Architect. Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Framework, and Apex development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like Mulesoft or Dell Boomi). Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins. Experience with agile development methodologies. Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect). Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Application/System/Technical Architect. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
