Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at our store. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom. This role demands a strong commitment to product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and effective sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on furniture products, materials, and customization options.
Understand individual customer needs and suggest furniture solutions based on style, space, functionality, and budget.
Advise customers on fabric, finishes, and color combinations that align with their home or office interiors.
Share accurate sales details with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely and error-free order processing.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Assist in setting up product displays, arranging furniture layouts, and placing marketing or promotional materials.
Collect and record customer feedback on product quality, design, and overall showroom experience.
Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication and personalized attention.
Stay informed about industry trends, ergonomics, and interior design to better support customer decisions.
Engage in training and development programs to grow into roles such as Showroom Manager.
Collaborate with the internal team to resolve queries and ensure excellent post-sale service.
