Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed. He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies & marketing. The prime role is to sell residential projects. Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement. Job Description: ✓ Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations. ✓ Create and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and build relationships. ✓ Provide clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice. ✓ Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients. ✓ Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favourable terms. ✓ Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance. ✓ Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have. ✓ Aggressively achieving the sales target. ✓ Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. Job Specification: ✓ Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role is preferred. ✓ Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices. ✓ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ✓ High level of integrity and professionalism.
