Job Role Description:
The Sales Executive/Travel Consultant (Sales) monitors competitor landscapes to develop sales strategies. They also acquire sales through the generation and follow-up of leads. They analyze customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention through customer enquiries and feedback. They are innovative and resourceful and keeps well-informed of the company's products and services. They use such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements. They also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build excellent rapport with clients and drive retention. They are commutes often to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and to close sales leads. They network to stay in close contact with industry stakeholders.
