As a Sales Professional at Botanix Nature Resort, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and driving revenue across various profiles within our organization. Role Overview: - You will be responsible for managing B2B/B2C travel bookings, coordinating with partners, and creating customized itineraries/packages to elevate guest experiences. - As a Banquet Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing end-to-end sales processes for banquets, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings. - In the role of Room Sales Executive, you will focus on promoting room packages, establishing corporate tie-ups, and managing individual bookings while ensuring optimal guest engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage B2B/B2C travel bookings and create customized itineraries/packages. - Coordinate with partners to enhance guest experiences. - Generate leads and build client relationships for banquets, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings. - Handle end-to-end sales processes for banquet bookings. - Focus on selling room packages and individual bookings. - Ensure seamless guest engagement and satisfaction throughout the booking process.
