Sales Executive/Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Field Sales Executive for an OEM client, a software solution provider of Banking & ATM Management Systems across globe, responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in the West Mumbai region. This role is ideal for candidates of Bengali native speakers of with 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales and holding a degree qualification.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the designated territory.

· Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

Requirements:

· 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or related industry.

· Any degree preferred.

· BENGALI speaking is MUST.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
