1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across assigned South Indian regions.
2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations (virtual and in-person).
3. Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customer relationships.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plans.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of sales experience in industrial, agricultural, or gardening machinery sales.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional accounts.
