Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/ASM located in Haridwar. The Sales Executive/ASM will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, and providing feedback to management. The role includes conducting market research, identifying new markets and customer needs, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive/ASM will also support in resolving customer complaints and ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development, market research, and customer needs identification
• Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and preparing sales reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
