Sales Executive(Ahmedabad)

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to grow revenue for our IT services. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing—while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Conduct product/service demos and presentations; tailor pitches to client needs.
• Prepare quotes/proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM; generate weekly MIS/forecast reports.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts; drive renewals and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, follow up on inbound leads, and gather market/competitor insights.
• Coordinate with delivery/operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Must-have qualifications

• Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales).
• Experience: 1–2 years in B2B or B2C sales (IT/EdTech/services preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi/English), strong negotiation & objection handling, presentation skills, basic analytics/reporting.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace.
