Job Summary
Zynofus Technologies is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to meet SMEclients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable financial products. The role includes fieldvisits, client engagement, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet SME clients based on appointments scheduled by the telecalling/inside sales team
* Reach client locations on time as per the meeting plan
* Understand the client’s industry, business model, and financial requirements
* Present company offerings clearly with strong value propositions
* Share basic market insights and competitor information when needed
* Create urgency in the sales process and offer suitable financial options
* Generate leads through networking and basic cold calling
* Maintain regular follow-ups for customer satisfaction and renewals
* Handle challenging client situations confidently and positively
Performance Expectations
* Attend 6–8 client meetings per day
* Report updates to the manager three times a day
* Close 30–40 contracts per month
* Meet SMEs across multiple industries
