Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Kochi. The Sales Associate will manage day-to-day sales activities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive product promotions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We’re looking for an extroverted, perseverant salesperson with 1–2 years of experience and preferably a bike for local travel.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek and pursue new business opportunities with potential commercial and industrial clients.

Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organisations.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our services and capabilities.

Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest technologies/methods in commercial and industrial cleaning.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the food or healthcare industry, is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
