Role: Sales Executive in Events
Employment type: Full Time-on Roll
CTC: Maximum Rs 4.2 LPA with monthly CTC of Rs 35 KPM (Thousand Per Month) provided you fulfil all the competencies
Educational Qualification: Any graduate with proficiency in English Graduate in Hospitality or related field is preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Skills:
Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in sales/business development in weddings/events/hospitality.
Proficiency in Marwadi, Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and with clients.
Prior experience in client servicing, sales, or the wedding industry (preferred).
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to multitask, handle performance and drive campaign improvements
Strong local network in Udaipur / Rajasthan (advantage).
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Passion for weddings, creativity, and ability to connect with families.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and local marketing.
Meet prospective clients (families, corporates, event managers, hotels) and present wedding planning solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitality partners (resorts, hotels, banquets).
Work closely with the operations and creative teams to understand offerings and align proposals with client needs.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activity in CRM / MIS.
Represent the company at exhibitions, wedding fairs, and networking events.
