Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Lead Generation : Actively generate new sales leads and convert them into clients. Identify prospective buyers and assist them in finding properties that meet their needs. 2. Client Interaction : Build and maintain relationships with clients. Understand their requirements and present suitable real estate options to them. 3. Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor activities, and the latest projects to offer clients relevant and timely information. 4. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management. 5. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and business growth. 6. Cold Calling and convert them into clients. 7. Follow up.
