Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor activities, and the latest projects to offer clients relevant and timely information. 4. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management. 5. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and business growth. 6. Cold Calling and convert them into clients. 7. Follow up.
