Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. Effective communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting presentations and maintaining client relationships.

Collaboration: Capability to work effectively with the marketing team and other departments.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially within the recruitment or staffing industry, is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
