Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services
  • Assess client requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to our products.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from client interactions, contributing to product enhancements and improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pre-sales activities, including client interactions, requirements, and progress, in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including technical teams, decision-makers, and influencers, within prospective client organizations.
  • Flexible to visit client locations based on the requirement.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and managing pre-sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple pre-sales activities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Negotiation analytical skills.
