Job Title: Sales Executive – Printing Solutions Location: Vasai Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Printing & Customization Salary: Rs 10,000 To Rs 15,000 + Lucrative incentive based on performance About Us We are a dynamic and fast-growing printing business specializing in UV printing, DTF printing, customized merchandise, and digital print solutions. We serve a diverse clientele, including retail customers, businesses, and designers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and B2C segments. Promote and sell our full range of printing services (A3 UV, DTF, heat transfer, custom printing, etc.). Handle customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and suggest the best printing solutions. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements Proven experience in sales (preferably in the printing or customization industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of different printing methods and materials is a plus. Basic knowledge of design tools or the ability to coordinate with the design team is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Minimum education: No Eligibility.
