Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our fitness equipment across India, primarily through participation in industry events and exhibitions. This role requires extensive travel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and follow-up activities at exhibitions and events. Exhibition & Event Management: Represent Veer Fitness LLP at various fitness, sports, and health-related exhibitions and events across India. This includes booth setup, product demonstration, engaging with attendees, and capturing leads. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Veer Fitness LLP products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively articulate value propositions to potential customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to individuals and groups, showcasing the functionality and benefits of our equipment. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, and report findings to management. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software, and provide regular sales reports. Travel: Be prepared for extensive travel across India to attend events and exhibitions as required. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
