About the Client Company

Our client is a growing organization in the Tours and Travel sector, offering customized travel packages, corporate travel solutions, and holiday planning services. They are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to expand their customer base and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients such as corporate offices, colleges, and individual travelers.
• Promote company travel packages, offers, and services to increase sales.
• Visit clients and travel agencies to generate leads and close deals.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update sales records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and client requirements.
• Participate in marketing activities, travel expos, and promotional campaigns as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or travel industry preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills (in English and local language).
• Ability to work independently and handle clients professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
