Job Description

Summary:

driving sales and business growth


Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of

    Pumps, DU/Batteries, and Stabilizers

    in the

    Jagdalpur

    region.
  • Manage and support distributors and dealers to strengthen channel relationships.
  • Achieve growth in both

    primary and secondary sales

    across the territory.
  • Focus on dealer network expansion and management for greater market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activity, including sales trends, pricing, product portfolio, and marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and drive business growth.
  • Oversee branding and advertising initiatives to improve brand visibility in the territory.
  • Address and resolve any service-related issues within the territory to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Guide, motivate, and enhance the performance and communication skills of the distributor’s sales team.


Qualifications:

  • Relevant Graduation / 3yr Diploma (regular)
  • 2-10 years' quota carrying channel sales experience in Jagdalpur market.
  • Experience with handling sales for Pumps, DUPS/Battery and Stabilizer.
