Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet admission and sales targets assigned by the Sales Head.
  • Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and communities for lead generation.
  • Promote and sell both offline coaching and online courses.
  • Handle student and parent inquiries with professionalism.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or services.
  • Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle offline fieldwork and online sales activities.
  • Graduate preferred.
