Job Description

Client Engagement & Lead Conversion : Manage and nurture client leads to close deals for residential and commercial real estate projects. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales. Sales Target Achievement : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing individual transactions and contributing to overall team goals. Work on building a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking. Customer Relationship Management : Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Market Research & Product Knowledge : Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies to effectively position the company s offerings. Gain in-depth knowledge of the company s real estate portfolio to confidently communicate value propositions. Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with the marketing and sales support teams to align efforts and generate quality leads. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales processes for clients. Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : 3-5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects. Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
