Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various construction projects. Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution. Monitor site installation works and ensure quality control of MEP systems. Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on-site. Manage project schedules, resource planning, and budgeting for MEP works. Ensure MEP systems comply with relevant local and international codes and regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including project reports, drawings, and compliance records.
