Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Closing) to join our real estate team in Moshi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-sales process. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in clients and site visits; provide in-depth project knowledge Understand client needs and provide property solutions accordingly Negotiate and close deals effectively Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for post-booking formalities Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale Maintain and update daily MIS reports and sales trackers Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, especially closing deals Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends (Pune region preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work independently and under pressure Local language proficiency (Marathi/Hindi) is a plus What We Offer: Attractive incentive structure on closures Opportunity to work with an experienced sales team Fast-growing and stable work environment Site-based role with on-ground exposure
