Job Description

Position: Eyewear Consultant | Titan Eye+ Hosur

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs, recommending products based on their preferences, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Maintain store appearance and organization to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Assist with visual merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems (POS) and maintain accurate records of sales data.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in retail sales or related field (optical sales, counter sales, etc.).
Looking for Male candidates
Strong knowledge of eyewear industry trends, brands, and products.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
