Requirement: o Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. o Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. o Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business. o Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. o Update CRM systems with relevant customer data and sales activities. Preferred Skills and Qualification: o Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. o Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. o Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. o Fluency in English Language. o Experienced in tele sales. o Knowledge of sales techniques and customer care best practices.
