Job Title: Telecaller cum Sales Executive Location: Charni Road, Girgaon, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, Wednesday Closed. Industry: Photography & Media Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller cum Sales Executive to join our creative team at a leading Photography & Media company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings for photography, videography, and media services including weddings, events, corporate shoots, and branding projects. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce photography & media services (e.g., weddings, pre-weddings, corporate shoots, events, product shoots). • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, packages, and availability. • Understand customer requirements and offer customized service packages. • Follow up with leads, schedule meetings or consultations, and assist the sales team in closing deals. • Maintain a database of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly. • Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and sales targets. • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream) • Prior experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in the service or creative industry, is an advantage. • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and regional/local language. • Passion or basic knowledge of photography/media/creative services is a plus. • Basic computer and internet skills; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
