Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team and drive membership sales through outbound calls. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers from our lead database, explaining gym membership plans, and converting leads into active members. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads Explain gym membership plans, offers, and benefits clearly Address customer queries and build interest in joining Follow up with interested leads and close sales Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Basic knowledge of fitness or gym services is a plus Freshers with good spoken English/Hindi/Regional language skills are encouraged to apply Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives on conversions
