Based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, our journey has been marked by innovation, expansion, and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. Customer Service Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience. Provide accurate product information, specifications, and features. Assist customers in comparing brands, models, and price options. Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in a polite and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the store manager when necessary. Product Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest mobile phones, accessories, and technologies. Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and pricing changes. Explain product features, warranties, and service terms clearly to customers. Store Operations Ensure all display units, demo phones, and accessories are well arranged and functional. Maintain cleanliness and proper visual merchandising in the store. Tag products correctly and ensure price accuracy. Assist in stock counting, labeling, and product placement. Inventory Support Monitor stock availability and report shortages or fast-moving items to the manager. Help in receiving and verifying new stock. Prevent stock loss through careful handling and attention. Billing and Documentation Generate bills, process payments, and issue receipts accurately. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly. Customer Relationship and Follow-Up Collect customer contact details for future promotions and loyalty programs. Follow up with customers regarding pending purchases or service issues. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Teamwork and Coordination Work closely with other sales staff and technicians to meet overall store goals. Support marketing and promotional activities organized by the shop. Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills. Reporting Provide daily or weekly sales reports to the Store Manager. Record customer preferences and feedback to improve store service. Professional Conduct Maintain proper dress code, grooming, and punctuality. Represent the brand and store with professionalism and integrity.
