Job Title: Tech Sales Specialist

About the Role:

Tech Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
hardcore tech sales
and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify upselling opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
Provide
basic technical support
and resolve customer queries effectively.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience:

Proven
tech sales experience
with a strong track record of upselling (mandatory).
Prior
international call center experience
or similar customer service background.

Skills:

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Basic knowledge of
technical support
processes and troubleshooting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
